This utility is useful for people who wish to participate in the translation of LiveJournal, but do not have the privileges to make changes directly. With this utility you can prepare "proposals"; then you can link to these proposals in the relevant translation community, and the people with privileges only need to approve them by clicking a button.
Here's how to use it: Go to http://www.livejournal.com/translate/. Choose your language there. Optionally perform any searches you want in the top-left frame. Then choose one of the links in the bottom-left frame; right-click this link and choose "Copy link location" (or the respective function in your browser that copies the link URL to the clipboard). Then paste this URL here and click "Go":
NOTICE: Please click "Go" only once. Depending on the current speed of the LiveJournal servers, it may take a long time to load the next page.

Alternatively, you can search for a translation string and you will not need to enter such a URL.
